Automatic device for machining tubes and open profiles using laser beam. Fully automatic system for loading, cutting and unloading of machined parts, with the highest flexibility and efficiency.
Three unloading positions are available, including the unloading position for waste.
Fully automatic regulation of loading, machine, unloading as well as control of the tube cutting process:
- Round section, diameter from 12 to 152.4 mm.
- Square section, with side from 12 to 150 mm.
- Rectangular section and flat-oval section inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 215 mm with a wall of a minimum size of 12 mm and a maximum of 150 mm and a maximum difference between the sides of 140 mm.
- The maximum weight of the material: 23 kg/m.
Suitable for mild steel, alloy and stainless steel, brass and copper as well as aluminium alloys, but with dust neutralisation device.
