All the tubular heating elements are manufactured according to OAKLEY-KANTHAL technology on KANTHAL instrumentation. With modern park machine, using the best materials, experienced crew and 100% control of our production we reached a quality level, that allows us to effectively compete with leading European manufacturers of tubular heating elements.


All our heating elements meet the requirements of PN-EN 60335-1, ISO 9001:2008 and most of them are certified by VDE.

Dimensions and types of casing pipes used in the production heating elements

  • Stainless steel 1.4301 (304), 1.4541 (321) - 6.5 mm / 6.9 mm / 8.5 mm/10mm
  • Stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) - 8.5 mm
  • Heat-resistant steel 1.4828 (309) - 6.5 mm / 6.9 mm
  • Incoloy 800 (1.4876) - 8.5 mm
  • Steels / Carbon - 8.5 mm
  • Copper (Cu DHP) - 8.5 mm
  • Aluminium - 8.5 mm



On special request we can also perform the heating of different diameters and lengths.

 

 

Voltage and wattage

Typical applied voltage: 12V, 24V, 48V, 65V, 115V (110V), 230V (220V), 400V (380V), 500V

Nominal heater power is adjusted depending on the conditions of work and length.
Typical nominal power tolerance is 5% -10% in accordance with PN-EN 60335-1



Bending and length of dead zones

  • Typical dead zone length [mm]: 25, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300, 450
  • Heaters must not be bent in places, where the dead zone end.

 

 

Proper selection of the heating element

When sizing the heating element is necessary to specify the following parameters:

  • application
  • heated medium (air, water, oil, metal contact, other)
  • temperature
  • Voltage [V], [h]
  • dimensions and shape
  • type pin current
  • mount

 


Fixing elements:

Galvanized steel, stainless steel, brass


  • 3/4 ", 1", 5/4 ", 6/4", 2 ", 2.5" any others – can be negotiated
  • M10, M12, M14, M16, M20, M22 any others – can be negotiated
